Data we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your email address, consent status, acquisition campaign, referring site, and any referral code you use. Hosting infrastructure may process limited technical logs needed for security, reliability, and aggregate audience measurement. The market tape is provided by TradingView, which processes the page URL, widget type, displayed symbols and IP address to operate the widget; TradingView states that its widgets do not set cookies.

Vercel Web Analytics collects anonymized page-view, referrer, country, device, browser, and operating-system data for aggregate audience measurement. It does not use cookies or collect information that identifies an individual visitor.

How data is used

We use subscriber data to send The Briefing, operate the publication, measure acquisition and engagement, prevent abuse, and honor unsubscribe requests. We do not sell subscriber email addresses or give sponsors access to the subscriber list.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Requests to access, correct, or delete subscriber data can be sent to the contact address published on the Contact page.
